Coolart estate is managed by Parks Victoria. A dedicated team of rangers oversees the Homestead and grounds and provides support to visitors.

Duty rangers provide useful information on the latest nature news, seasonal and breeding updates and special sightings of wildlife via the update board at the Visitors Centre.
